Time Metrics Tracker is now available for the Atlassian Government Cloud environment. This release allows eligible U.S. government agencies and their partners to use core time analytics tools, including Time in Status, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Resolution Time, and custom time metrics, in Jira Government Cloud.

Atlassian Government Cloud is a dedicated Atlassian environment for eligible U.S. government agencies and contractors. Time Metrics Tracker operates within this environment but does not hold an independent FedRAMP authorization of its own

Time Metrics Tracker operates within this environment but does not hold a separate FedRAMP authorization as a standalone Marketplace app.

Before requesting installation, organizations should review the app’s Privacy & Security information on the Atlassian Marketplace and assess the app according to their internal security, procurement, and compliance requirements.

⚙️ How to Get the App (Installation Process)

Installing Marketplace apps in Atlassian Government Cloud differs from the standard Marketplace installation process and is handled through the Atlassian Government Cloud app request process.

Step 1: Review and Assess

Before installation, your organization is required to assess the app according to your internal security policies.

  • Visit the app listing on the Atlassian Marketplace.

  • Review the Privacy & Security tab to ensure the app meets your specific compliance requirements.

Step 2: Request Installation Once you have determined the app meets your needs:

  1. Contact Atlassian Support to request the installation of Time Metrics Tracker for your Government Cloud instance.

  2. Atlassian will provision the app for your environment.

  3. Billing: After installation, the subscription fee will be included in your Atlassian bill based on your user count.
