⚙️ How to Get the App (Installation Process)
Installing apps in Government Cloud differs from the standard procedure and is handled through Atlassian Support.
Step 1: Review and Assess Before installation, your organization is required to assess the app according to your internal security policies.
Visit the app listing on the Atlassian Marketplace.
Review the Privacy & Security tab to ensure the app meets your specific compliance requirements.
Step 2: Request Installation Once you have determined the app meets your needs:
Contact Atlassian Support to request the installation of Time Metrics Tracker for your Government Cloud instance.
Atlassian will provision the app for your environment.
Billing: After installation, the subscription fee will be included in your Atlassian bill based on your user count.
