Q: We want to give access to the app only to a limited group of users. Will the pricing be based on the total number of Jira users in our organization or only on that limited group?

A: Pricing is always based on the total number of Jira users in your instance.
This rule is defined by Atlassian, and vendors cannot adjust pricing per selected users or groups.
If you want to reduce costs, Atlassian offers annual subscription discounts that may help lower the overall price.

Q: Do you store any customer data from our Atlassian instance?

A: We don’t store any customer data in our infrastructure, excluding hashed Atlassian user ID and add-on configs. Everything is processed interactively and displayed to end-users. We use application internal logs, but without customer-related data, including only details about request performance/status/error code.

Q: How to calculate the price?

A: Pricing is based on user tiers. Each tier has its own price.

You can easily estimate the cost for your team using the Atlassian pricing calculator available on the app’s pricing page. Simply enter the number of users in the calculator field, as shown in the image below.
