Sprint Scope Change
Scope change refers to any modification to the original sprint scope.
A scope change in a sprint report indicates any adjustments or modifications made to the original plan during a sprint. It indicates changes in work that were added or removed after the start of the sprint, providing insights into how the sprint's scope evolved.
The pie chart is divided into two slices, one for the added work and one for the removed work.
Removed work items – the number of issues that were removed from the sprint after the sprint had started.
Added work items – the number of issues that were added to the sprint after the sprint had started.
Scope change : (Added - Removed) / Committed * 100
