Time in Status – Data Center is designed with data privacy and security in mind. The app operates entirely within your self-managed Jira environment and does not store, process, or transmit any form of data outside of your infrastructure.

  • Work schedules and presets are stored as fields in your database.

  • No external data services, middleware, or cloud storage are used or accessed by the app.

  • All access is performed using Jira’s native APIs

  • Data is retrieved, rendered, and saved via secure calls within your Jira environment.

🔒 Access Controlled by Jira Permissions

  • Permissions in the Time in Status app itself restrict access to the app.

  • Only users with appropriate permissions can create work schedules, edit permissions, and use reporting.

🏗️ Self-Hosted Architecture

  • The app runs entirely within your Jira Data Center instance.

  • There is no outbound data flow initiated by the app.

  • You maintain full control over your environment and infrastructure security.

📁 Data Export & Audit

  • Reports and charts can be exported in the following formats: XLSX, PDF, CSV, JPEG, PNG, SVG by authorized users.

  • All actions occur inside Jira—making it easy to manage audit logs and comply with internal policies.
