The app shows the history of all the changes made to specific Jira work items, ordered by date. Various views and filters are available to customize your report.

Where can you find Issue History for Jira app?

In the Apps drop-down on the left sidebar. Here, you can get the main report for multiple work items: Table View Activity View

Main Functionality of Issue History for Jira

Issue History for Jira helps you track, analyze, and export the complete history of your Jira work items.

With the app, you can:

• View complete work item history – Track every change, including status updates, field changes, comments, assignees, priorities, and more.

• Filter work item history – Find exactly what you need using filters such as Space, Assignee, Sprint, Label, Date Range, and other Jira fields.

• Customize the report – Display only the fields you need by selecting custom and standard columns.

• Export history – Download reports in Excel (XLSX), CSV, or PDF format for reporting, audits, or compliance, or use the API to integrate with external analytical systems.

• Analyze trends – Review historical changes to understand workflow progress, user activity, and project evolution.
