Eligibility Requirements
To receive the reward, the following conditions must be met:

You are a paid user of Issue History for Jira

You have been using the app for at least 6 months

You represent a company (not an individual trial user)

You provide detailed and genuine feedback based on real usage

Only one reward per company is allowed
How Rewards Are Issued
Gift cards are sent via email after:

Your submission is reviewed and approved, and
-
You have completed either the form or the interview
For video reviews, the additional reward is sent after the video is received and approved.
