We don’t collect any personal information while using our applications. We can store your personal information in 2 cases:

•  to reply to your request if you send it directly to us for some reason.

•  if your name and email are specified as your organization’s billing or technical contact during the subscription process.

We don’t gather it by ourselves. We see only the information you have specified by yourself.

If you visit our website, we automatically collect such information about you:

• Technical information (configs, save&load information);

• IP addresses;

• Information about what type of device you use to connect to our Website or Services; and

• The manner in which you interact with our add-on.

Any data or information you enter into any forms on our services is only used for the intended purposes or as it’s described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not transfer or store PII data on our servers. Some of our apps read the user display name from http://monday.com , and show it on Work Item or Extension page when

• list of Work Items is generated (Work Item table);

• the “user mention” feature is used (for example, Work Item comments).

When you use the app, we access item and email-related data according to the permissions granted and the configuration you select. This may include:

• Email subject and body content

• Sender and recipient information

• Attachments included in emails

• Item names created from emails

• Status and other column values

• Assigned users (item owners)

• Updates and activity related to the item

Based on your configuration, the app automatically converts incoming emails into monday items and can update existing items when replies are received.

We do not access or process unrelated board or email data. All accessed information is used strictly to enable email-to-task automation and ensure proper synchronization between your email, and monday within the app’s functionality.

Yes. Access to Email to Task is managed according to monday account and board-level permissions.

Only authorized users within your monday account can install, configure, and use the app based on your internal permission settings and granted access rights.

We may store limited technical and operational data necessary to provide the service, such as:

• Technical logs

• IP addresses

• Device and browser information

• Usage data related to app functionality

We do not store sensitive personal data or confidential board content on our servers beyond what is required for report generation and system performance.

Email to Tasks is hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers (N. Virginia and Oregon).

We do not transfer personally identifiable information (PII) outside of our secured infrastructure. Any technical data collected remains within our IT systems and is used solely to ensure stable operation and service improvement.

Data is stored only for as long as necessary to provide the service.

• If your monday account remains active, relevant app-related data may be stored to ensure continued functionality.

• If you uninstall the app, data may be retained for up to 90 days to allow subscription renewal and service restoration.

• If you would like your data removed earlier, please contact us at support@saasjet.com.

Yes. We maintain internal backup and restore policies to ensure service continuity. Documentation is available upon request.

SaaSJet is a member of the Bugcrowd program. It is through them that apps are verified. Also, we are going to get ISO, SOC2 or PCI certifications.

Yes. SaaSJet has a designated security officer.

Yes. All data is transmitted using secure TLS/SSL encryption. Any stored service-related data is encrypted at rest according to industry security standards.

• We may share the collected information about you (including your personal data) for the following reasons: 

• If it’s required by law.

• If you indicate this information in our services (such as when you create or submit a form). In that case, the date and time on and at which you created, modified, or completed a form will only be shared within the various services. This includes sharing the end user’s public display name under which a form or report has been created or inserted.

• You select filters - We generate a report - You share it with others (if necessary) by using the extension. 

• If a third party acquires SaaSJet or essentially all of its assets, your personal data held by SaaSJet will be transferred. 

• If SaaSJet must comply with any legal obligation.

• If it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of SaaSJet, our customers or others.
