✅ How to Upgrade Your Subscription
You may want to upgrade if:

Your team grows and your seat tier increases

You want to switch from Monthly to Annual billing

You want access to a higher plan
Steps to upgrade:

Go to Admin → Billing → Apps in your monday.com account.

Find the app you want to update (e.g., Time in Status, Email to Tasks, Capture).

Click Manage Subscription.

Choose a higher seat tier (e.g., from 50 seats → 100 seats).

Select your billing cycle (Monthly or Annual).

Confirm the upgrade.
Upgrades take effect immediately, and your upcoming billing amount will adjust to match the new tier.
