How are discounts applied to my subscription?

If our SaaSJet team has provided you with a special discount for one of our monday.com apps, you don’t need to enter any promo code or take any extra steps.
The discount is applied automatically to your subscription.

Here’s how it works:

✅ No promo code required

You won’t need to type or paste anything during checkout.
The discount is already linked to your monday.com account or workspace.

✅ Automatic pricing adjustment

When you open the subscription or upgrade screen:

• Your discounted price will appear automatically

• The system will calculate your plan based on your seat tier minus the discount

• You will see the final reduced amount before confirming payment

This ensures you always know the exact price before subscribing.

✅ Discount applies at the moment of payment

When you proceed to:

• start a subscription,

• upgrade a plan, or

• switch billing cycles (monthly/annual),

the discount will be included automatically in the total.

There is nothing you need to activate - the reduced price is applied immediately.

✅ Works for both Monthly and Annual plans

Whether you choose:

• a Monthly plan

• or an Annual plan (charged monthly)

your discounted rate will remain valid as agreed.
