💡Use Case: How to calculate the cost for efforts on JSM issues
Add the hourly rates for every individual working on the customers' tickets.
Recording the history of rate changes is crucial to accurately calculate the JSM issue cost, especially for older tickets.
After completing this step, you can open any JSM issue, click the Time & Cost Tracker icon, and determine its total cost.
If this widget includes sensitive information and not everybody within your organization should see it, open the Time & Cost Tracker app and select Manage Access in the additional menu.
This setting allows the admin to check the particular Jira user groups permitted to view the app, access page, or issue widget.
