If you need to calculate the average time an assignee has been assigned to a particular issue, follow a few steps below:

  1. Choose the Time in Status report. Filter by the Assignee and choose the Assignee you want to generate data about.

2. Switch to the Pivots.

3. Click the Fields option.


4. Move the chosen fields to the appropriate column as it’s shown below:

Assignee β†’ Columns

Choose the Average of Time from the drop-down list in the Values column.

The Priority field is optional.
