Export Cost Report

Worklog Breakdown Export

Purpose:

The Worklog Breakdown export offers a granular, line-by-line view of your project's cost and time tracking data. Each row in the export represents a single worklog author entry, regardless of whether multiple worklogs are associated with the same Jira issue.

How to Export:

1. Navigate to your desired Cost Report.

   

   
   

   
   

2. Click on the "Scope" tab.

3. Locate the Export icon

4. Select "Worklog Breakdown" from the available export options.

   

   
   

5. Your detailed worklog report will be downloaded in .XLSX format.

   

   
   

Issue Totals Export

Purpose:

The Issue Totals export provides a high-level summary of your project's time tracking data at the issue level. Each row in the export corresponds to a single Jira issue, aggregating the total time spent and associated cost across all worklogs for that issue.

How to Export:

1. Navigate to your desired Cost Report.

   

2. Click on the "Scope" tab.

3. Locate the Export icon

4. Select "Issue Totals" from the available export options.

   

5. Your detailed worklog report will be downloaded in .XLSX format.
