How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel the subscription?

Managing your subscription for any SaaSJet app on monday is simple and can be done directly through your monday admin panel. Below is a full step-by-step guide explaining how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.


How to Upgrade Your Subscription

You may want to upgrade if:

  • Your team grows and your seat tier increases

  • You want to switch from Monthly to Annual billing

  • You want access to a higher plan

Steps to upgrade:

  1. Go to Admin → Billing → Apps in your monday.com account.

  2. Find the app you want to update (e.g., Time in Status, Email to Tasks, Capture).

  3. Click Manage Subscription.

  4. Choose a higher seat tier (e.g., from 50 seats → 100 seats).

  5. Select your billing cycle (Monthly or Annual).

  6. Confirm the upgrade.

Upgrades take effect immediately, and your upcoming billing amount will adjust to match the new tier.


🔄 How to Downgrade Your Subscription

You can downgrade if:

  • Your team size decreases

  • You no longer need a higher tier

  • You want to switch from Annual to Monthly billing

Steps to downgrade:

  1. Go to Admin → Billing → Apps.

  2. Select Manage Subscription for the app.

  3. Choose a lower seat tier (e.g., 100 seats → 50 seats).

  4. Confirm the downgrade.

Important to know:

  • If you downgrade from Annual to Monthly, the change will apply at the end of the current billing period.

  • For seat-tier downgrades, monday.com sometimes applies the change on the next billing cycle, depending on marketplace rules.


How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you decide to stop using the app, you can cancel anytime.

Steps to cancel:

  1. Navigate to Admin → Billing → Apps.

  2. Find the app and click Manage Subscription.

  3. Select Cancel Subscription.

  4. Confirm the cancellation.

What happens after cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

  • After expiration, the app will no longer function in your workspace.

  • Your data remains in monday.com unless you delete it manually.
