Get started with Smart Forms for Jira

Make Forms Dynamic: Utilize When/Then logic to create intelligent forms that adapt based on user responses.
Сustomize form theme: Personalize the form theme, font style, and size to match your requirements.
Restrict access to form: Control access to form content and settings to ensure privacy and security.
2. Spread the form in several variants
Auto-attach form to issue: Configure forms to automatically attach to specific projects and issue types upon issue creation.
Manual attach form to issue: Select and add forms manually to the issue from your pre-existing form list.
Share form externally: Generate a unique URL for the form and share it with external users for submission from certain issues or fully from the add-on.
Auto-attach form to Customer portal request (JSM): Configure forms to automatically attach to specific request types upon their creation.
3. Manage and utilize submitted form data
Automate issue creation: Generate new Jira issues based on the responses provided in the forms.
Update existing issue fields: Update Jira issue fields with corresponding data captured through the form.
Analyze the response on one page: View and analyze all form responses in one convenient location.

The date format in the Audit log is set according to the date format specified in the Jira settings.
