Permissions
Configure permissions to control who accesses sensitive data, protecting your organization from unauthorized access.
Only administrators have permission to configure custom fields from Time in Status.
If you’re an administrator, go to Permissions in the configuration menu or the Jira left-hand sidebar to manage access for other users. From there, you can allow users to update reports, edit work schedules, and manage permissions.

Manage app access for user groups in your organization. You can give access to everyone in the organization or allow and restrict access for specific groups.
You can manage access for the following areas:
Reports — controls who can create new reports and view existing ones. Users without access to Reports won’t be able to open report pages in the app or on the Jira dashboard.
Calendars — controls who can make changes to work schedules.
Permissions — controls who can manage access settings and permissions.
