SLA Time on Work Item
You can view SLA time directly on the work item page. Scroll down to the context panel to find the SLA Time and Report widget.

The widget shows:
All SLA goals applied to the work item
Remaining or elapsed time for each goal (depending on SLA settings)
Color indicators to quickly understand the SLA status:
Green – within target
Red – goal exceeded
Use Compact or Detailed modes to switch between a quick view and additional info (start/target time and current SLA progress).

This helps you easily monitor SLA time without opening reports or navigating to the app settings.
If you’re a user of SLA Time and Report mobile, all necessary SLA data are displayed on the Issue View Panel now.
