These use cases explain the reports we propose for tracking SLA goals, including the metrics we think are essential and how to build them.

Firstly, open SLA Time and Report add-on and click on the Dashboard button:

If you don't have any dashboards, click on Create Dashboard.

A modal window with dashboard settings fields opens:

After settings, click Safe and go to your dashboard. Click ‘Add gadget’ and ‘Load all gadgets’:

On the right sidebar, we can see many gadgets that you can add to your dashboard:

Now, your dashboard is ready, and you can create SLA reports.

Remember that your primary goal is to provide your customers with a genuinely superior service experience, not to show your Team lead or CEO downward-trending graphs. Systematically review your own historical reports and, if possible, examine the data. It will serve as the baseline with which you will strive to shift all of your tactics.
