Version history can be found on the marketplace's app product page. Here's how:

Go to the Atlassian Marketplace and find the product page for the app you want to view the version history.

Scroll down to the Resources section.

Click the Version history link.
This will open a new page with a list of all the previous product versions and the date each version was released.
