If you need a report for one or more issues, you can check them as shown below. You can do the same to track specific status transitions.

Issue Filter

Press the issue filter to select specific ones you want to monitor changes about:

Status Transition Filter

Press the Status filter to select specific transitions you want to monitor changes about.

For example: Backlog → To Do, To Do → In Progress, In Progress → Done.

If you want to filter transitions between statuses to a specific status, use the arrow "->" in the filter search. For example:

• -> In Progress – shows only transitions TO the “In Progress” status.

• In Progress -> – shows only transitions FROM the “In Progress” status.

Priority Transition Filter

Press the status filter to select specific transitions you want to monitor changes about:

For instance, Low → Medium, Low → High, Medium → Highest.

Assignee Transition Filter

Use the Assignee filter to view transitions related to this field.

This filter lets you track how issues were reassigned among team members. You can see when an issue has moved from one assignee to another.

To filter transitions to a specific assignee, use the arrow "->" in the filter search. For example:

• -> Cameron – shows only transitions TO the mentioned assignee.

• Savannah Nguyen -> – shows only transitions FROM the mentioned assignee to another.
